You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse located at 7710 Formula Place in San Diego, CA 92126.  Anyone placing an order outside of California will NOT be charged sales tax.  You may contact customer service at (888) 511-3375 for different tax rates of cities located in California.  Current tax rate for San Diego is 7.75%
